Just say what you see Guest!
To give you an example I can explain, look at
SLOUDEB
(some sort of sport?)
What do you see? A load of letters? Perhaps if you looked carefully you'll see that it's an anagram of 'doubles'! However, there's more to the answer than that. Doubles was an anagram, so (I hope!) that would lead you to the proper answer of
'Mixed Doubles'.
Just do the same thing with the profile picture!
