Well no one knows *for sure* what he does, but my best bet is he has solid knowledge of what makes people's brains "tick", therefore knowing how it operates inside and out. Because of that he's able to pinpoint the exact location of the area of the brain that controls ones power, or at least contains some unique element/dna strand/whatever which he can intergrate as his own... somehow... probably by eating it.
Seems pretty far-fetched but you never know. Seeing as volume 3 will be called "Villians" hopefully more about Sylar's methods will be revealed!

This is what you do:
Select "Windows: Japanese" in the drop down menu beside "Character Set"
Then, select "Japanese Shift-JIS Subrange" in the drop down menu beside "Group By"
A "Group By" menu should pop up as a seperate window. Click on "Hiragana & Katakana"

Not to offend or anything, but whenever you say 'FYI' at the end of a sentence, it really sounds condescending. I know that you don't intend it to sound that way, but from my POV it does. Like, whenever I think of 'FYI' I think of slutty crack whores saying it.

Yeah, I find that NIN really helps me to keep focus on my work too- whether it be studying or cleaning the house etc. His creativity and hard work rubs off on you lol.
Oh, and I've been good, ever since we finished that dreadful english exam! I only looked up two or three times to check the time, so my neck ended up hurting like hell in the afternoon and throughout most of yesterday. X_x

Well the names of the tracks are on the back of the "albums" anyway, and come on don't be lazy! It doesn't take that long to type the tracks in! >.<
I had to organize some of the songs in each album in their correct order, so don't complain! xD
