Because you were damaged less than 50 %. If you are dmaged 50%, the cost is identical, if you are damaged more than 50%, 50%repair is cheaper.

Hmm. Quite a few mistakes. Sure, its fancy and all, but I wouldn't call it 3D. Also, the power is always a really long decimal: The gamer doesn't need that.
