You've really got to oust the cheaters (top 37 score). Whoring out the sending enemies option to get easy points is unfair to the people who got their score by advancing past the waves.

Aside from that, this game is soaked in awesomesauce. Hoping for a Co-op mode with this, too.

Added anti-cheat mechanism. Cheaters will have all of their towers destroyed, their score set to 0 and their lives set to 1.

Please update Starland. It's a great game but it could be even better with just a few changes. The main ones are that the flying enemies are too difficult and the shockwave towers are worthless.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE put the keyboard controls BACK in!!! ugh. I can't express how utterly lacking the game play is without keyboard shortcuts for selecting towers, upgrading and selling...

AND before you mention the bug issue with typing "s" in the chat and accidently selling a tower I have these suggestions:

1. If you click the chat box to type DESELECT ALL TOWERS

2. If the chat text box has FOCUS then simply do not activate ANY sell mechanisms.

PLEASE add this feature back into the game!

First off AWESOME game... but still some suggestions for Starland Multiplayer TD

Most of these suggestions I heard in discussions or in games from other players. I ranked them based on importance. Updated 12-29-08

Your help screen still says "S" (sell) and "U" (upgrade)- you need to change it to SHIFT S and SHIFT U

#1. Fast Forward. Far and away the most common request. Either fast forward or "delay" time control for speed of play. To allow advanced players to get games in quicker. Fast foward could require BOTH to push the button for it to work. Or could be a fixed setting in "advanced" features, and entire flow could be faster.

#2. Fix the Sandbox - Levels, build area and counts matching gameplay in sandbox. And a restart or clear all button. Also have some way to mirror the maze to simulate the opponent (i know theres a trick but it should be built in and obvious)

#3. Interest on saved $ fixed amount - would change game play in lower levels. If you could save and interest was enough - you could get more tower upgrades later, really would push minimalist designs.

#4. Spectator Mode... I gotta agree with the spectator idea - it would draw in people, allowing new people to see gameplay. Everyone who plays a lot loves the idea.

#5. Label the levels, simply level 1... level 2...

#6. Add a 5k badge ;-)

#7 Split top scores for 20 or 40 lives or list it as part of the score

#8. Add Personal Stats - count up the number of games a indivudal plays. List Wins vs Losses that sort of thing for each person.

#9 In game - Display the other persons running score.

#10. Add a quit button that returns to lobby - but lets the other person know - and you could track the number of "quits" a person does - for people who constantly BAIL on games.

#11. Restrict access to a game by "badge". In advanced settings, games would need a 4000, 3000, 2000 or such badge to join

#12. Move the sell button away from the upgrade less chance for accidental sell

#13. Fix shockwave - maybe make it larger range, maybe add air damage

#14. Consider fliers HP increase to be more progressive (basically a bit less HP - to allow the game to continue longer)

#15. New mob type maybe phasing or laser suspecitble and debris strong... or such. Like frost resist - debris resist ... laser resist... cash mob - that decreases in value as time goes on... edge ones, swervy fliers, healers, or ones that damage towers they touch...

#16. Reset button (both would have to push) to restart the game. A simple page refresh or page reload for both people works, but it would help noobs and you could just cause the page to refresh on a button.

wmarsh. Don't know if people have already messaged you. The game is lagging out 50% of the time. Out of 6 games today, I only managed to finish one, and I think it's because it was only 20 lives. I think the recording doesnt take up much space, but all the people viewing might take up alot of bandwidth. I don't actually know what's going on but hope you can help fix the lag problem that Starland has been having all week.

The "Beat Somebody" and other achievement totals are not updating. Its been froze for a while. Game counts are not incrementing.

Hi. I am the first guy who reached 5135. i see many people here want you to add some kind of "fast forward" button...it looks like good idea...maybe a bit difficult, but really time-saving thing. Try to think about ;--) Btw. thanks for this super game!

can you make the enemies dum like have them kill each other and add some new towers like a non upgradable tower that has long range fast firing high damage freezing the apponent and a blast radius at like the price of 1000 dollars

i agree wih nonimmortal.....add some of those things but if u have the 4k and start at 7 flying u need to start with like 1.5k dollars

hmm i love playing Starland Multiplayer TD the only thing i could think of is interest on saved cash so its not so layout centered, it seems like atm the only thing that differentiates who wins is how you lay things out and when you upgrade but not by much the interest on $ would definitly make a new thing to consider such as wait to build or build fast and wait to upgrade as opposed to upgrade as soon as you have the cash too, if you wanted to add a twist on that make the interest a tower that has a low initial buy rate with like 2% intrest and then a +X% for X$ with a X% max or Xtower max

bug report
1. You cant Shft-S, shft-u or whatever if you chat (ever). (likely "focus" in flash) doesnt work on your page or Nonoba

2. XP for wins are not tracking consistently - I won 1/2 dozen games XP not going up as it should. My guess is problems with Nonoba achievement tracking cuz the achievements dont always increment either. I have played way more than 61 games ;-)

3. If you right click while in game (About Adobe window) if you select settings - it cannot be undone without reloading the page (looks like your settings are getting buried behind nonoba chat.

Suggestion for you starland page - if you can track ID's what about creating your own public chat that doesnt have all these bugs.

Still an awesome game but the bugs are really annoying.

I think some sort of highscores reset needs to be done (even tho i'm thinking that you have nothing to do with highscores that might be all the website) but still even if your not the 1 in charge of highscores you contact this person and tell them to reset them cuzz i got a high score i don't deserve and so do like 9 other people. Starland TD is a great game, and it is awesome. But, umm... why do i see scores from games played with 20 lives mixed in with scores from games played with 40? That needs to be fixed.

I have however evidence of cheating to attain highscores are you the person to reset high scores if supplied with evidence ?

Starland TD is a very well constructed game, with alot of fun compacted into it, mainly it by being online, many people would love it to be updated with more features etc. and would be awesome if their was possibly more modes added.. such as a teamwork feature and different towers/monsters etc etc...
